With eight rooms Casa Viana is equipped with all the essentials you would expect in a guesthouse: wardrobe, air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, and central heating. Moreover, there is free internet which is available via wireless network, and has throughout coverage all over the guesthouse.

ms we have, two have double beds and six with two beds. There can be added two extra beds per room. If you bring babies, a cot is available free of charge.
In the two floors in which the establishment is divided, there are five rooms on ground floor and the at top three. On the top floor there is the terrace and the lounge that is for use by all guests. On the terrace are estiradeiras, as well as tables and chairs fitted with umbrellas.
The lounge, which features a wood floor, the so-called floating-floor, is surmounted by a roof that follows the ancient tradition of the Algarve called ‘treasure rooftops’, which is sadly out of fashion. The common room has a large and spacious interior, especially dedicated to rest and tranquility.
The free breakfast is served in the morning between 8:30 and 10:30 in the 
kitchen, which shares the same space with the reception. Breakfast is traditional Portuguese with sliced cheese, ham and sausages, along with traditional desserts.
There is a refrigerator where you can put your food. Unfortunately, the kitchen does not have the means to prepare their own
meals. You can, however, prepare some light meals that require only the use of microwaves. We give you the freedom, if you want to prepare your own tea and coffee at any time of the day.
Finally, there is a free car park for those who wish to bring the car.
