Prices

In our guesthouse we have four “seasons” : low, middle, middle-high, and high, which are distributed throughout the year according to the following table:

Low	January 1st to June 14th October 1st to December 31st
Middle	June 15th to July 14th September 1st to September 30th
Middle-High	July 15th to July 31st
High	August 1st to August 31st

Please note that in Christmas and New Year we are closed.

The prices are, according to the season:

Low	€ 50,00
Middle	€ 65,00
Middle-High	€ 80,00
High	€ 95,00

Special cases

There are some special situations – like for example, if you come alone to ocuppy one entire room, which is thought for two people – that the prices have some changes,  according to the following table:

	30% discount
Each extra bed, until two per room	each extra bed, more 25%
baby-bed	free
from 7 to 14 consecutive days	1 free day
more than 15 consecutive days	3 free days
business (companies)	10% discount

Please note that these discounts are not cumulative.
